Due to the high number of requests from prospective authors, the paper submission deadline has been extended to April 16 2026. This deadline applies to all types of initial submissions, including regular papers, position papers, special session papers, and special session position papers. No further extension will be granted.
To facilitate visa processing and travel approval, an early review round will be conducted for papers submitted by March 15, 2026. The first round of paper decisions will be announced on April 16 2026.
Please note that papers submitted by March 15, 2026 have already been assigned to Associate Editors; therefore, no revision or resubmission is permitted for these papers.
Papers submitted after March 15 and by the extended deadline of April 16, 2026 will receive their decision notification on May 5, 2026, as scheduled.
