Registration

Members category includes the members of SICE, ICROS, Thailand Control, TCCA (China), IEEE CSS, IEEE RAS, IEEE IES and domestic participants (Indonesian affiliates).

The regular registration fee includes access to the conference program, lunch and coffee break for the main conference days (June 18–20), welcome receptions, and banquet.

The student registration does not include the banquet ticket. However, it is possible to purchase a banquet ticket for USD 55 in advance.

Online registration will be open from April 15, 2026 until the end of the conference.

Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled in a degree or diploma program at a university or a similar institution. Student status must be certified by the student’s institution or advisor.

Late Registration for conference participants applies after May 20, 2026. All of the conference participants should complete the registration.

Note 1: In principle, one registration covers only one paper. At least one of the authors must complete an advanced registration or online registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.

Note 2: To upload your final paper, you need a registration number. Please make a registration before the final paper submission.

Note 3: For presenters who submit more than one paper, an additional paper fee of USD 250 will be charged for each extra paper.

Note 4: A camera-ready paper (final manuscript) needs to be kept within 6 pages (with no extra charge). A maximum of two (2) additional pages is permitted at an additional cost of USD 100 per page.
