How to Submit Your Manuscript
All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference papers submission system. It is recommended to use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
The decision regarding paper acceptance is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Short manuscripts are not considered.
Upon Acceptance
- The maximum length of an accepted paper is 6 pages. Papers exceeding this limit may be included in the proceedings upon payment of an over-length page charge, up to a maximum of two additional pages.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work according to the published schedule.
- If the designated presenter is unable to attend, the IEEE no-show policy will apply, and the manuscript will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
- At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for ASCC 2026 to upload the final (camera-ready) manuscript.
- All accepted papers require a copyright transfer. The camera-ready and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
- Authors must submit the source files (LaTeX or Microsoft Word) of their final manuscripts.
- Each registration covers the submission of one paper. Additional papers require an extra fee (maximum one extra paper per registration).
- Official Acceptance Letter or Official Invitation Letter will be provided after the registrant completes the payment.
